Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.

  • If we need to cancel a trip due to weather or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund.
