Crew reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone who is deemed to be too inebriated. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.
If we need to cancel a trip due to weather or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund.
